The Tanium Support site was updated to include a landing page for all of your technical support needs. A new section of Knowledge Base articles was added. All existing support tickets are available through the new site.
Accessing the Knowledge Base
We have a new Knowledge Base for Tanium Core Platform 7.0 and the latest versions of all Tanium Solutions. Several articles that were on the kb.tanium.com site have been moved to this new Knowledge Base. To view Knowledge Base articles, you must be logged in with your support account. When you are logged in, click the Knowledge Base link:
The list of articles is displayed by product and solution categories.
If you are using Tanium 6.2 or 6.5, you can still get to the related articles in the Legacy Knowledge Base. If an article was moved to the new Knowledge Base, the old article will be updated to link to the new Knowledge Base.
Subscribing to content
You can follow sections of the Knowledge base and the Announcements section. When you follow a section, you will receive notifications when new articles are added to that section. For more information, see FAQ: Subscribing to Knowledge Base content and Announcements.
Viewing support tickets
To get to your support tickets, click your user icon and select My Activities. For more information, see FAQ: How to find my existing tickets?
