How do I reset my LMS password?
You can reset your password by going to Learn.Tanium.com and clicking on the “Forgot Password?” link. You will be prompted to enter your Learning Management System username or email address. An automated email with a password reset link will be sent to the email address associated with your Learning Management System account.
Our automated emails from the Learning Management System can sometimes end up in Spam / Junk email folders, so be sure to check there. If the emails are being blocked, try whitelisting firstname.lastname@example.org.
If none of these solutions work, please email us at email@example.com.
I have a change (email, name, etc.) I need to make on my LMS account. How can I do that?
Some information on your account can be changed simply by clicking the drop-down menu on the top-right corner of your LMS dashboard and selecting "Edit Profile."
However, some fields (email address, functional role) must be changed by a site administrator. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make the change for you.
